All NOBL PARFUMS orders are fulfilled from Dallas, Texas.
United States
We currently ship within the United States using tracked delivery.
- Free Tracked US Shipping on orders of $99 or more
- $7.95 Tracked US Shipping on orders under $99
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm CT, Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 1pm CT, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with NOBL PARFUMS. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- in their original packaging
- in a resalable condition
Hygiene & Product Use
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- fragrance oils where the seal has been broken
- diffusers that have been used or installed with fragrance oil
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked return service.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email help@noblparfums.com with your order number.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at help@noblparfums.com.
If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at help@noblparfums.com.
