1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Grand 300™ is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing, electrical and mechanical defects under normal intended use.

What’s covered

The Grand 300™ Waterless Scent Diffuser is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal intended use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical or mechanical faults arising during normal use
  • Internal component failures that prevent normal operation when the diffuser is used correctly

If a covered defect is confirmed, NOBL PARFUMS may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the diffuser
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or comparable value
  • Provide a refund or partial refund where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable

What’s not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water or liquid damage
  • Incompatible oils, unsuitable formulations or foreign substances
  • Misuse, neglect, abuse or improper installation
  • Failure to follow product instructions
  • Accidental or cosmetic damage after delivery
  • Improper cleaning or non-recommended cleaning agents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised modification, tampering, disassembly or repair
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
  • Consumables, including fragrance oils

The warranty applies to the diffuser hardware itself.

How to make a warranty claim

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo or short video showing the problem where possible

We may ask for the diffuser to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

If a return is required, remove all fragrance oil before shipping unless NOBL support instructs otherwise.

Additional terms

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products purchased directly from NOBL PARFUMS or an authorised seller.
  • This limited warranty does not remove any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOBL PARFUMS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the diffuser or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

Any limitation in this policy applies only where permitted by applicable law.

Your legal rights

This warranty provides specific contractual rights and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
