Waterless Design

The Grand 300™ is a precision-engineered waterless diffuser.

Important: Do not add water to the unit or the fragrance bottle at any time. Introducing water into the system will damage the atomisation mechanism and is not covered under your warranty.

Weekly Cleaning

To maintain consistent performance and scent clarity, we recommend a quick clean once a week:

  • Mist Outlet: Gently wipe the atomiser opening (where the mist is released) using a cotton swab or a clean, soft cloth.

  • Avoid Damage: Do not insert sharp objects or pins into the opening, as this can damage the delicate internal nozzle. Regular cleaning prevents residue build-up and ensures a fine, even scent distribution.

The IPA Flush (Recommended Between Scents)

When switching between different Nobl Parfums oils (e.g., moving from Midnight Lobby to Signature Aura), we recommend a short flush using Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to clear the system of the previous scent profile.

How to perform the flush:

  1. Ensure your fragrance bottle is empty and clean.

  2. Add a small amount of IPA (approximately 10-20ml) to the bottle.

  3. Secure the bottle back into the diffuser housing.

  4. Via the app, temporarily set the diffuser to run with a 0-second pause interval (continuous work).

  5. Run the device for 10 minutes in a well-ventilated area.

  6. Remove the bottle, discard any remaining IPA, and insert your new fragrance.

This process clears the internal tubing, ensuring your new scent remains pure and true to its profile.

Important Safety Notes

  • Use IPA only: Do not use water, soap, or other cleaning agents inside the bottle.

  • No Mixing: Never mix IPA with fragrance oil; ensure the bottle is dry before refilling with oil.

  • Rest Period: After a flush, allow the diffuser to sit for a few minutes before starting your new scent cycle.
