1-Year Limited Warranty
The Grand 300™ Waterless Scent Diffuser is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal indoor residential use and in accordance with our setup, care, and operating instructions.
What’s Covered
This limited warranty covers:
- manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- electrical or mechanical faults arising under normal intended use
- internal component failures that prevent normal operation when the unit is used correctly
If a covered defect is confirmed, NOBL PARFUMS will, at its sole discretion:
- repair the diffuser, or
- replace the diffuser with a new or refurbished unit of equal or comparable value
If repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable or otherwise available, NOBL PARFUMS may choose to provide a refund or partial refund, where appropriate.
The remedies above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this limited warranty, except where otherwise required by law.
What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by water, liquid ingress, or any non-approved use involving liquids
- damage caused by incompatible oils, unsuitable oil formulations, residue buildup, or foreign substances
- damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions
- accidental damage, including drops, impacts, dents, cracks, or cosmetic scratches after delivery
- damage caused by improper cleaning or the use of harsh or non-recommended cleaning agents
- normal wear and tear, including ordinary cosmetic wear and the gradual performance decline of consumable parts
- damage caused by unauthorized modification, tampering, disassembly, or repair
- products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- consumable items, including fragrance oils
This limited warranty covers only the diffuser hardware itself.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- a photo or short video showing the problem, where possible
We may require the diffuser to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
If a return is required, the diffuser must be returned without fragrance oil installed or remaining inside the unit.

- This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required
- This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from noblparfums.com or an authorized seller, and shipped to an address within the United States
- Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 1-year warranty period to the extent permitted by law. Federal law does not allow a written warranty to disclaim implied warranties entirely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOBL PARFUMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of time, loss of fragrance oil, or damage to personal property, arising from the use of the diffuser or from any breach of this limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
